There are no refunds. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. However, during registration, on the payment page, you have the option to purchase ACTIVE Refund. This will allow you to cancel your registration and receive a refund. Please take the time to review the Terms & Conditions (https://refund.active.com/termsandconditions-current) of this product before making your selection. We strongly recommend you choose this option for the most flexibility. We recognize that injuries and unforeseen events can happen. If you choose not to purchase ACTIVE Refund and cannot race, please refer to our Deferral & Transfer options

You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. However, bib transfers are allowed for an administration charge of $25 and must be processed through your ACTIVE MyEvents account no later than June 30, 2024. If you transfer your bib, you will receive a refund (minus the $25 administration charge) once the new participant signs up. The new participant will need to pay the full entry fee at the time of the transfer. Log into your ACTIVE.com account and select “Transfer registration” to begin the process.
